Torresi e Associati advised a Norwegian listed investment Company in the acquisition two power plants. The plants have a combined capacity of 1,93MW and produce about 2.2GWh of electricity annually. Both plants are located in the North of Italya. We provided financial, tax and legal support related to the acquisition.
